What a package quote hides
- The final bridge material. Acrylic-on-titanium is cheaper and repairable; monolithic zirconia is stronger and pricier. "All-on-4 from $X" often means acrylic. Ask.
- Four vs six. If your scan wants six implants, the price rises. Get both numbers up front.
- Grafting. The All-on-4 concept avoids most grafts, but not all. Ask what happens if the surgeon finds less bone than the scan suggested.
- Trip 2 logistics. Some clinics can finish the final bridge in a longer single trip using a temporary that is converted; most want you back at four to six months. Know which before you book flights.
- Warranty abroad. How is a problem at home handled? A named partner dentist, remote review, or a return trip?

Full-arch surgery under IV sedation belongs in a facility with monitoring and an anaesthesiologist.
